A great stay, the hotel is in a fantastic location and was very clean. The only downside was the request for an extra duvet that wasn't fulfilled, however, the staff was helpful and kind.

A mixed bag, really! The hotel itself was great, the location was perfect and the breakfast was plentiful. However, the pub's service was terrible, even if it was quickly resolved.
