a tender Stay
modern room nice linen excellent location comfy beds
we were given a lovely, modern room with nice linen. location was excellent for our trip, very near russell square station. there is a bar with an outdoor section, it had discount available for hotel guests. i was delighted with the comfy beds and cleanliness of the room.
the bathroom needed some attention, because the taps were wobbly and tiles were cracked. it's really not a big deal.

the breakfast room was very organized. staff present were very lovely even though the space was super busy. the bar had a lovely outdoor section that offered a discount.

The location allowed for easy access to many attractions, allowing spontaneous romantic strolls. our room had a surprisingly comfortable bed. i appreciated the extra pillows provided. They really enhanced our rest.
the noise from nearby rooms was noticeable, impacting the serenity i hoped for . i could hear doors closing frequently.

Convenient stay near Russell Square
excellent location tube station bus stops
The location is excellent. I found the proximity to the tube station convenient. There are also bus stops just outside. They took me everywhere i needed. I easily walked to major sights from the hotel.
The hallways seemed a bit tired. The carpets had some stains, giving a slightly worn feel.

I discovered convenient nearby restaurants. They offer varied cuisines. The coffee shop inside has reasonable prices, a bonus. Late meals or drinks are quite close to find, GREAT!!!

Staff handled luggage storage efficiently, which i found very helpful. Assistance was prompt and polite. They gave quick responses. The staff members provided directions. I got good information.
